Fe V. Samperoy is a farmer from Midsayap, North Cotabato who established Bestee Stitch and Prints in 2017 to tailor uniforms, customized polo shirts, jerseys, and other wearables. She started her business with the purpose of helping the people in her community have their own source of livelihood through tailoring. She hired local residents and taught them how to create quality outputs which helped them get recognized for their quality products and was eventually provided with machinery from DTI through its Shared Service Facility Program.
Fe has a passion for learning and teaching. She would attend seminars and training conducted by DTI and Negosyo Center Midsayap to help her business improve and increase the knowledge that she would share with others when she would be commissioned to conduct training as well.
With her desire to continuously help her community, she saw the pandemic as an opportunity to generate profit and also to help others despite the challenges it brought. Along with her employees, she would produce washable face masks and protective wearables and sell it to institutional buyers.
Fe acknowledges that her mission is far beyond just growing her business. She also sees the mission of helping others. With the interventions of DTI, she believed that indeed she will live up to this mission.
