The “Update Information” module in the Business Name Registration System Next Gen will be unavailable starting 9 March 2022.
All applications for updating BN info, as applicable (e.g. civil status and owner’s name by virtue of marriage or judicial decree) will be accepted and processed through DTI Regional/Provincial Offices and selected Negosyo Centers where this transaction is available.
