“We, in DTI, believe that every woman has innate abilities to pursue her passion and be able to significantly contribute in whatever field she hopes to take part in. Thus, we are featuring these Zamboangueña entrepreneurs who have harnessed their potential and became potent agents of positive and significant changes in the field of entrepreneurship,” said DTI-ZCO Provincial Director Grace DC. Aduca, highlighting the role of women entrepreneurs in women empowerment.

“These women entrepreneurs also imparted their experiences and learnings on how they navigated their business during these difficult times of the COVID-19 Pandemic,” added Director Aduca.

As stated by PCW, the 2022 National Women’s Month Celebration (NWMC) endeavors to highlight the gains achieved for women and girls, assess actions towards gender equality, and look forward to steps that must be taken to ensure progress in empowering women with the country still reeling from the COVID-19 Pandemic (DTI-ZCO).
