An advocate of Food Safety, Quality, and productivity driven by almost twenty years of combined industry and academe practice as a food technologist, an educator, researcher, and community worker ( trainer and consultant) specifically for Micro, Small and Medium Food Business Operators in various communities. A graduate of BS Food Technology, Master of Education major in Technology & Livelihood Education, and Doctor of Education major in Industrial Education Management. With expertise in documentation, implementation, and auditing Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000), HALAL, and FDA LTO and product registrations, among others. Presently, an Associate Professor 3 of the College of Science-Food Technology Department of Tarlac State University, designated as the Director of the Food Technology and Research Center and an OIC Director of the Extension Services Management Office of the same University.
