Atty. Deo Virgil Requintina Tan was a former member of the Legal Office of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Province of Iloilo. He was also a Trade and Industry Development Specialist of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region VI. He is currently a practicing lawyer connected with the firm Yao & Tan Law Office. He is also the current Legal for the National Telecommunications Commission Region VI. He is a teacher, a businessman, and an active supporter of the local industry.
